Overview

The Quebec Entrepreneur Program is designed for individuals who wish to establish or acquire a business in Quebec. This program allows entrepreneurs and their families to obtain permanent residence in Canada by creating or acquiring a business and actively managing it.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Documents

• Business Plan: A detailed business plan outlining the business project, including financial forecasts and market analysis.
• Proof of Net Worth: Financial statements, property evaluations, and other documents to verify the applicant’s net worth.
• Proof of Experience: Employment contracts, letters of reference, and other evidence of business experience.
• Investment Agreement: Documentation of the investment made in the business.
• Medical and Security Documents: Medical exam results and police certificates for all family members.

Application Process

1. Submit Application

   • Submit a complete application, including all required documents, to the Quebec immigration authorities.

2. Business Plan Evaluation

   • Quebec immigration authorities will evaluate the business plan to ensure it meets program requirements.

3. Investment

   • Make the required investment and start or acquire the business upon approval.

4. Processing and Decision

   • Quebec immigration authorities will review the application and make a decision. If approved, a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ) will be issued.

5. Apply for Permanent Residence
