    • The principal temporary foreign worker must hold a valid work permit and be employed in a job that falls under the National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill levels 0, A, or B.
  2. Spouse/Common-Law Partner of an International Student

    • The principal international student must be studying full-time at a designated learning institution (DLI) and have a valid study permit.
  3. Spouse/Common-Law Partner of a Permanent Residence Applicant

    • The applicant must have submitted an application for permanent residence under the spousal sponsorship program and be living in Canada with their sponsor.
