| Job Creation (Greater Vancouver Area) | Create at least one full-time job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident if within the Greater Vancouver Regional District. |
| Job Creation (Outside Greater Vancouver) | Create at least one full-time job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident if outside the Greater Vancouver Regional District. |
